A very exciting project is coming up: four shows with my trio and several workshops at the festival Miniøya. I am also going to play with my youngster students who will perform their own compositions for the very first time together with my trio.

Banff International workshop in Jazz and Creative Music

As long as you play well
Photographer Kristin Svanæs made a documentary on girls choosing male dominated areas in music. She filmed and interviewed myself, a growler and a drummer. My quote "As long as you play well people don't care what gender you are" became the project title.

INFI camp


In june I was asked to become a co-leader INFI (International Network for Female Instrumentalists) together with Nina Kristine Linge. We hope to inspire more girls and women to become instrumentalists, and so we organized a camp at Fridheims Folkhögskola in Sweden, ending with a concert at Aarhus Jazzfestival.
